The Luger P08

Yes, I am mad, I know...this is another replica I just bought, as an add-on to my Wehrmacht outfit (you know, what with MP40, the Y-straps, Sumpftarn smock, the regular MP38-40 ammo pouches, and all that shit).

The gun was on my mind since I started to play airsoft. Iconic gun of a iconic army...this doesn't mean I will buy all that WWII loadouts. My gear is missing a few items, but I am reluctant to dress myself in a complete Wehrmacht fashion. This is probably due to the fact that I like to keep myself unnoticed most of the times, but hey, there is a start time for everything, I guess.

The Makarov CO2

Been a while...an unusual way of saying I was just sitting on my arse doing nothing.

Just resumed going to local games, and it feels good. Old habits die hard, they say. It's true.

I am just enthralled by a new toy, which I just have bought from Poland, the (in)famous Makarov:

So not to be mistaken.. I am talking here CO2 Makarov, not the real thing:-). Made by UMAREX, said to be of a better build than the KW one.

I am waiting for the courier to knock on my door any day now.  Can't wait to put it to good use at the next game, and it will look good as my side gun for BW 5. This and the AK form an unbeatable pair:-).
